Volunteer applications now open

Volunteering at the Clarence Valley Camp Oven Festival not only contributes to a successful event, it's also a great way to become part of the festival family and share in the pride that comes with putting on a great weekend.

Something we’ve noticed over the years, is that groups of friends volunteering together not only have a great time, they actually achieve more with less pressure on the individual. It’s common sense really - share the load and the task becomes lighter.

One of our volunteer cohorts came together through a facebook group for solo women travellers. This group of ladies are looking forward to camping together at the festival and taking on the various stewarding and site maintenance roles that are crucial to the smooth running of the festival.

How about inviting your friends to join in and make a weekend of it?

In return for a minimum of eight hours’ volunteer time (can be split over multiple days) we will provide you with a Festival Weekend Pass and free camping (bring your own tent or caravan).
